This blend is specifically targeted to treat Fear/Anxiety. When you find yourself unable to cope with every day tasks living with a sense of anxiety and uneasiness. It contains seven different Original Bach Flower Remedies. This remedy contains Aspen, Mimulus, Red Chestnut, Cherry Plum, Elm, White Chestnut and Rock Rose.
Aspen is the remedy for any fear whose cause can't be named. At one end of the spectrum the Aspen fear may be no more than a sense of foreboding, an uneasy anxiety that something unpleasant or frightening is going to happen. At the other it can be a real terror, with physical symptoms such as the hair standing on end.
Mimulus is the remedy for known fears. Whenever you are frightened or anxious about something, and you can say what that 'something' is, then Mimulus is the remedy to take.
Red Chestnut is for people who feel fear for the well-being of others: Red Chestnut fears are natural, normal concerns magnified to the point where they have a negative effect on the people who are the object of concern, undermining their confidence and self-belief.
The Cherry Plum remedy is prescribed for a very specific kind of fear, that of the fear of loss of reason and self control.
Cherry Plum is prescribed to give the person courage to confront their feelings and emotions and their causes.
Elm helps as a remedy during a time of crisis of confidence that arises from taking on too many responsibilities and obligations. The remedy, when taken, helps to speed up the process of recovery.
Rock Rose is the remedy against terror, and as such is an important ingredient in Dr Bach's traditional treatment. The Rock Rose state being a panicky, terror struck fear that makes conscious thought and decision next to impossible.
White Chestnut is the remedy for unwanted thoughts and mental arguments that intrude into the mind and stop us concentrating. The remedy helps us think straight. We can deal calmly and rationally with any underlying problems that might be causing the trouble.
As a qualified Bach Flower Remedies Therapist I work with the Original Bach Flower Remedies to provide treatments for specific emotional issues. Throughout our lives our emotions are constantly changing with changing circumstances and at some point we will all experience most common negative emotions. It is when they stay with us that they start to become a problem. Some negative emotions, if ignored, also lead on to more serious health problems.
These blends are created from Dr Bach's 38 original Bach Flower Remedies devised in the 1930s after years of research and trial and error.
Instructions: To Use: Put 2 drops into a drink of your choice and sip regularly. For combination use, add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water and take 4 drops 4 times a day.
