Come and be inspired by more than 1400 luscious fabrics at Hometown's shop in the centre of historic Rochester. We specialise in cotton and linen fabrics for quiltmakers, dressmakers and crafters and stock designs by Makower, Moda, Robert Kauffman, Riley Blake, Stof and many more. We also sell all the threads, waddings and quiltmaking accessories you need, plus enough buttons and ribbons to make you swoon!

Our popular Loyalty Card is valid on all purchases in-store. A full card enables customers to claim either a metre of fabric or a book of their choice.

We run workshops throughout the year in quiltmaking, bag making, fabric lampshades, crochet and more. Classes are held during the day, evening and at weekends. Contact the store for our latest class list. We also organise an annual exhibition - either displaying vintage quilts or showcasing the work of students.
